MC LED 1.5W Spectrum Lens Modules are engineered for professional sign fabricators who demand consistent, high-quality illumination without increasing module count or wiring complexity. The defining feature is the spectrum lens, a precision-moulded PMMA optic that eliminates the “hot-spot” or black-spot problem common in standard LED modules by spreading light uniformly across the entire lit face of a sign letter or lightbox.
Each module operates on DC 12V, the standard voltage for 12V LED sign power supplies, and draws 1.5W, keeping running costs in line with conventional modules. The key commercial advantage is coverage: the spectrum lens design allows larger spacing between modules, meaning fabricators can use fewer modules per sign without sacrificing evenness of illumination. This directly reduces bill-of-materials cost per sign face and speeds up wiring and installation time on site.
MC LED modules carry a 5-year warranty, double the standard 2–3 year warranty offered by most commodity LED modules, reflecting the quality of the LED chip and lens assembly.
