V-DECOR ATM Sheets are 3mm non-routing aluminium composite panels that replace GI sheets, foam boards, and conventional ACP in a variety of signage applications.
V-DECOR ATM Sheets offer a versatile, lightweight solution for sign-making professionals. At just 3mm thickness, these non-routing ACP panels are significantly easier to cut, handle, and mount than traditional materials, reducing both labour time and overall project cost.
Best-use applications include: (1) Female channel letters, the smooth, rigid surface is ideal for letter face fabrication; (2) UV printing, provides a flat, dimensionally stable substrate for direct UV inkjet output; (3) Stickering / vinyl application, clean surface promotes strong vinyl adhesion; (4) Back side of sign boards, directly replaces GI (galvanised iron) sheets at a fraction of the weight; (5) Foam board replacement, weather-resistant and more durable than standard foam boards; (6) Re-usable substrate, can be cleaned and repurposed across multiple projects.
The panels are supplied in three standard colours: WHITE, BLACK, and BRIGHT SILVER, covering the most common signage requirements. The protective film carries V-DECOR branding and includes LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) core certification. Available sizes: 8×4 ft, 10×4 ft, and 12×4 ft.
